Free Medical Care for People Who Cannot Afford It

We run free clinics close to home and short medical missions overseas. Every provider is licensed and volunteering their time, and patients are never charged.

Free clinics and medical missions
Welcome to ZabyRose Medical Mission Foundation

ZabyRose Medical Mission Foundation is a nonprofit providing free medical care to people who have no reliable way to get it. That work takes two forms: free clinic days in underserved communities, and one to two short medical missions abroad each year. Both are staffed by volunteer physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and other licensed professionals.

There is no cost to the patient. No copay, no sliding scale, no bill afterward. If you come to one of our clinics, you get seen.
More About Us

What We Do
Where We Work

Three programs, one purpose: getting care to people who would otherwise go without.

Free Clinic Days

We hold free medical clinics in communities that need them, offering primary care, screenings, basic treatment, and health education. Volunteer physicians, PAs, and nurses staff every clinic, and no patient is charged.

Medical Missions Overseas

One to two short missions each year, working alongside local clinics, churches, and NGOs already established in the community. The focus matches our work at home. Licensed volunteers only, operating within host country requirements.

Health Education

Treating someone once helps. Teaching them to manage their own health helps longer. We cover prevention, chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, and staying consistent with medications.
Why Choose ZabyRose Medical Mission Foundation
What Guides Our Work

Patients Pay Nothing

No fees, no insurance requirement, no bill later. That is the foundation of everything we do.
Licensed Volunteers
Our clinics are staffed by volunteer physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and other licensed professionals working within their scope of practice and under state supervision laws.

Local and Overseas

Most of our work happens close to home. Once or twice a year we travel abroad and partner with organizations already doing the work there.

Prevention First

Screenings and education catch problems early. That is better for the patient and far less costly than an emergency room visit six months later.

Privacy and Respect

What a patient shares stays between them and their provider. Personal health information is never shared.

How it works
We Bring the Clinic to People

Most people who skip medical care are not avoiding it. They simply cannot pay for it. Rather than waiting for someone to walk into a clinic they cannot afford, we bring the clinic to them. Teams set up in churches, community centers, and partner facilities, treat everyone who comes through the door, and send each patient home with clear information and a next step.

  • Open to anyone, regardless of income or insurance status.

  • Every provider is licensed and volunteering their time.

  • Operated in compliance with state scope of practice and supervision laws.

  • Funded by donations covering supplies, medications, and mission costs.

Three ways to help
Get Involved

Give Once

Covers supplies, medications, and the cost of putting a team in the field for a clinic day.

Volunteer

We need physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists willing to give a few days a year.

Partner

Churches, clinics, and community organizations can host a clinic, sponsor a mission, or connect us with the people who need care.

Why we started
From Our Founder

"I have watched people put off getting checked for a year because they had no insurance. A small problem in March becomes an emergency by September. That is what we are trying to stop."
Martin R. Okoth, PA-C, Founder and Medical Director
